Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Custom or bulk orders may take longer depending on complexity. You will be notified if additional time is needed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

If your package is lost or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping provider. We will do our best to assist where possible.
REturn Policy

Because most of our items are custom and handmade, we want to be upfront about how returns work:
All Sales Final

All customized and handmade items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please double-check personalization details (patch choices, sizes, spelling, etc.) before submitting your order.
Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at threesisterspatchbar@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it with a replacement or store credit.
Workshops & Events

Deposits for workshops and private events are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
