Shipping Policy

At Three Sisters Patch Bar, we aim to get your custom pieces to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Custom or bulk orders may take longer depending on complexity. You will be notified if additional time is needed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping provider. We will do our best to assist where possible.

REturn Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

Because most of our items are custom and handmade, we want to be upfront about how returns work:

 

All Sales Final

  • All customized and handmade items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Please double-check personalization details (patch choices, sizes, spelling, etc.) before submitting your order.

Exceptions

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at threesisterspatchbar@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it with a replacement or store credit.

Workshops & Events

  • Deposits for workshops and private events are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
