At Three Sisters Patch Bar, we want you to love your purchase! Because many of our items are handmade and customized, please note the following:

• Returns are accepted for non-custom, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

• Custom or personalized items, sale pieces, and gift cards are final sale.

• To start a return, email threesisterspatchbar@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once your item is received and inspected.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

🚚 Shipping Policy

We’re just as excited for you to receive your order as you are! Every piece from Three Sisters Patch Bar is made with care — and some items are custom-built just for you.

• Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time, but we’ll always keep you updated.

• Shipping Methods: Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on location and weight. You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order is on the way.

• Local Pickup: Available at our Lowell, MA storefront — 305A Dutton Street — during regular shop hours. Please wait for a “Ready for Pickup” email before arriving.

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: Once shipped, carrier delivery times and handling are out of our control — but if something goes wrong, contact us within 7 days so we can help file a claim or find a solution.
